Checkout & Order Summary Policy

This policy explains the nature of services, delivery process, refund terms, and order confirmation details for subscriptions purchased on VS Fintech Pvt Ltd platforms. 

1. Nature of Services 

  • VS Fintech provides digital, subscription-based services through the following platforms: 

  • FinWisePro – Financial Learning & Education Platform 

  • Fund-O-Scope – Mutual Fund Research & Analytics Tool 

  • All services are digital in nature and delivered electronically. 
    No physical products are shipped or delivered. 

  • VS Fintech is a registered mutual fund distributor. 
    Subscriptions do not include investment advice, personalized recommendations, or portfolio advisory services. 

2. Delivery & Service Activation 

  • Access credentials (login details or platform access link) are shared via email or WhatsApp within 24 working hours of payment confirmation. 

  • Subscription validity starts from the date of service activation, not the payment date. 

  • Delivery is considered complete once digital access is successfully enabled.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy 

  • As the services offered are non-tangible digital subscriptions, all payments become non-refundable once access is activated. 

  • Cancellation requests are considered only before service activation and within 24 hours of payment. 

  • No partial, prorated, or post-activation refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

4. Order Summary (Displayed After Payment) 

  • After successful payment, users are shown an Order Summary containing: 

  • Order / Transaction ID 

  • Date & Time of Transaction 

  • Subscription Plan Name 

  • Amount Paid (inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes) 

  • Payment Mode 

  • Service Name (FinWisePro / Fund-O-Scope) 

  • Subscription Validity Period 

  • This serves as the official confirmation of purchase.

5. User Declaration  

☑ I confirm that I am purchasing a digital subscription service. I have read and agree to the Refund & Cancellation Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy of VS Fintech Pvt Ltd.
